Rev 16:18 Then the thunder crashed and rolled, and lightning flashed. And there was an earthquake greater than ever before in human history. c.f. Zec 14:5 You will flee through this valley, for it will reach across to Azal. Yes, you will flee as you did from the earthquake in the days of King Uzziah of Judah. Then the LORD my God will come, and all his holy ones with him. c.f. Ezek 38:20 The fish of the sea, the birds of the air, the beasts of the field, every creature that moves along the ground, and all the people on the face of the earth will tremble at my presence. The mountains will be overturned, the cliffs will crumble and every wall will fall to the ground.
Rev 16:21 There was a terrible hailstorm, and hailstones weighing seventy-five pounds fell from the sky onto the people below. c.f. Ezek 38:22 I will execute judgment upon him with plague and bloodshed; I will pour down torrents of rain, hailstones and burning sulfur on him and on his troops and on the many nations with him.
Cf Rev 19:17 “And I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the fowls that fly in the midst of heaven, Come and gather yourselves together unto the supper of the great God; 18 That ye may eat the flesh of kings, and the flesh of captains, and the flesh of mighty men, and the flesh of horses, and of them that sit on them, and the flesh of all [men, both] free and bond, both small and great.” c.f. Ezek 39:4 “Thou shall fall upon the mountains of Israel, thou, and all thy bands, and the people that [is] with thee: I will give thee unto the ravenous birds of every sort, and [to] the beasts of the field to be devoured.”
Zec 14:4 And his feet shall stand in that day upon the mount of Olives, c.f. Ezek 39:7 “‘I will make known my holy name among my people Israel. I will no longer let my holy name be profaned, and the nations will know that I the LORD am the Holy One “in” Israel.“ If the Lord is in Israel, it would seem that it must be after the Tribulation. Therefore, it does seem possible that this passage in Ezekiel could be the battle of Armageddon.
